Firstly Harrison was first recommended to myself approximately 6 years ago, The work carried out was ok but his communication was awful, very elusive and in general he came across as totally disorganised and somewhat rude and rather abrupt when asking for simple questions. First impression I had was his attitude was horrible, so I paid him for his work (which he had demanded before completion of the job) and that was what I thought would of been the last time I would be dealing with him.Fast forward 4 years and I was in need of a new boiler to be fitted in one of my properties. I was advised by a friend of a friend to use him again, after my previous experiences with him I didn’t give it any more thought. However it just so happened that he had done my brother in laws kitchen, along with fitting a new boiler it looked like he had done a terrific job. My brother in law also said that he was very surprised at how competitive he was in the market, I was prepared to give him a second chance, So instructed my nephew (Who is my project manager for all my properties) to go ahead and give him another chance.The work went according to plan at one of my properties, on inspection from my visit into the country everything seemed ok and I was impressed with the job he had carried out. I was advised his attitude was spot on and all in all other than a few minor issues, it looked like this was a successful installation.Around 6 months or so ago I got an email via my nephew, He advised me that the tenant has complained of the pressure kept dropping in the boiler, causing the property to have no hot water. The tenant is a young single mum with a newborn baby so it was a matter of urgency this matter was resolved. I asked my nephew to get this resolved. Attempts to get this resolved fell flat. By chance the lady advised that a plumber had moved in next door to her and advised there might possibly be a leek. As he advised my nephew at the time, he advised to speak to the plumber who originally installed it. Harrison sent one of his guys over to look at it and all seemed ok.Last weekend I took a call personally from the tenant. She said to me that the boiler was displaying an error she hadn’t seen. Her neighbour once again advised to speak to the original plumber. I tried in vein to contact Harrison and was having no luck, eventually he got back to me advising that we had to contact the boiler manufacturer as he wouldn’t be able to be get to my property for the next 3 weeks! I advised him of the urgency, but he said he couldn’t spare nobody. I expressed the urgency of the situation, I even suggested coming out one evening but I got the impression he sounded like it was too much of a hassle to come 4 miles out of his way.After contacting the boiler manufacturing company, they managed to get out in 48 hours once contact was made. Two engineers came out and I personally was there for their visit. I was shocked to hear there what they had to say. The engineer asked if it had been serviced, I advised it had as per my nephew. On closer inspection the engineer had advised that the boiler hadn’t been cleaned prior to it being fired up. To quote the engineer Robin “Me and Andy have over 75 years experience of fitting boilers, and this is the dirtiest any of us have ever seen this has evidently not been system cleaned, How it lasted this long is beyond me” I was advised if this wasn’t cleaned out and given a proper system clean, I would be looking at a new boiler, a mere 18 months after the “installation” of the current one. Fortunately I have managed to book someone in for this week to come and sort the issue at great cost to myself.To say I was furious upon hearing this (from not only the engineers but 3 other independent plumbers who I contacted for advice) would be somewhat of an understatement, I will never use Harrison or his company again. Appalling once again, I thought maybe after a few years he might have improved his skills and it’s evident he hasn’t on my experience. The fact I’m giving you a star in very generous.

Can’t recommend highly enough! We had an emergency and Harrison came within 30 mins to quote and then was able to fit a brand new boiler within 5 days! Professional, unbiased advise, competitive pricing and very friendly! No mess left behind! We are very happy customers! We will be repeat customers when required and recommending to everyone!

I Called Harrison Woodrow on a Wednesday afternoon with boiler issue I needed looking at. They were round the next day to see what the issue was. Unfortunately the boiler was beyond repair. Harrison was fantastic, he sourced the replacement boiler that day and had a team of four round to install the boiler on the Friday. The guys were impeccably manored, they made absolutely sure no mess was made, dust sheets throughout protected the house. By lunch time we were back up and running. Harrisons team acted so quickly, worked so efficiently and tidily that my family didn’t even know that we had a heating system replaced. The job was handle much like an F1 pitstop. Fast, efficient and beautifully Choreographed. Can’t thank them enough!!

He installed a new replacement boiler for us, the work was carried out as arranged, this was within 2weeks of accepting the quote. He worked efficiently was very polite and cleared everything away once installed. We will definitely have him back to service the boiler annually.

Was previously impressed with Harrisons prompt response and quotes provided however after attempting to repair a boiler leak at my nans we found that the leak started again a couple of weeks later. When trying to contact Harrison to ask him to look at this again we were told he would contact me with a date to go back, several calls and messages later and we still have not heard anything back 4weeks on. My nan is 86years old and this has become very stressful for her.

Harrison is very professional, his suggestions for our new heating system were spot on. The work he has done, excellent. He has done several jobs for me recently, large and small and has not let me down once.I will use again without hesitation.
