I went to Zizi today for lunch with my family. We had a table booked for 13:00, and it was surprising to see that the Restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a weekend.The service was very good, and drinks were bought out very quickly. The menu has just been updated with the winter dishes, so lots of new things to try (food and drink) which was great. The decor of the restaurant has also recently been updated, and the colour scheme did make it feel very autumnal inside.As always, the food was very exactly what you'd expect from a chain restaurant - tasty and good quality. The service was also great, and the waiters were all very friendly.

To eat or not to eatJust left the restaurant without finishing the dinner, as the pasta we ordered was not cooked well, and the pasta was still hard inside. We said to the waitress, and she agreed checking the kitchen and coming back to us. However, she didn't until we asked her again, she said the kitchen didn't know how to cook to suit our requirements and would not do anything. I confessed I had no expectation on the chain restaurant but the pasta was not near to the standard. Very bad experience here with the food and service. Will not go to this chain again

Great food and great service. It was our 20th anniversary and was treated really well by our waitress. She was from the Czech Republic, and was so kind and helpful (didn't get her name unfortunately)

Nice restaurant with Italian food options. Not classic Italian food, as there are variants on the dishes. Only downside was them being out on the two dessert items I liked. Staff were polite and friendly. There are toilets on the premises, and limited on road parking which is free after 6pm.

We booked to have dinner here one evening. Atmosphere was ok, food was good but nothing exciting. Service was quick even though they were busy. The guy who took our order and served our food was very polite and attentive. The man who seemed to be the manager was nothing but rude and clearly found customers an inconvenience by the way he spoke to them or just waved his hand in annoyance at them!

My sister in law booked this restaurant. When we arrived about 5pm it was really busy. It was quite an experience to watch the staff take orders and keep everyone happy. The staff were brilliant. I decided to try calzone pizza and I really enjoyed it. I then had my favourite Tiramasu which was great. Considering the place was almost full it was an excellent service. If you plan to come you would be advised to book to avoid disappointment.

The food was fresh and came out very quickly in the hands of efficient staff members. I tried the passionfruit sparkler mocktail, and it was delicious! I went in expecting average food at the seemingly heightened restaurant prices and was very pleasantly surprised by a lovely fresh wood fired pizza to share at a very good price. Would definitely go back!
