Alexandra Wellbeing House

I stayed here for 2 weeks from 11/10/2023 - 25/10/2023.I'm not exagerating when I say it changed my life for the better. For the first time in my 26 years i'm practising self-care every morning. Such basic human needs like eating breakfast, showering, going for a walk, wearing clean clothes, Although i've had some complications at home since leaving I still haven't witheld my personal care. I now have a safety plan, future goals and feel somewhat favourable for the future. All the staff I had interactions with we're outstanding! I couldn't recommend this service enough! Personal thank you to : Lauren, Lily, Dai, Helen and the best manager Jo for dealing with me!! I consider myself a handful but they didn't for once make me feel bad for being me!
