I have been visiting this shop since my youngest decided to haul himself off the floor and walk. Both my children joined the excellent loyalty scheme which has entitled me to 5% discount on 4 pairs of shoes and a whopping 50% (yes, that was 50%) on the fifth pair. I have been impressed by the friendly and professional service and the range of stock available.

I came into your store last week the young girl didn't even ask me to do the track and trace to get my daughter's feet measured she then messaged her as a six and a half I went into another store this weekend and had to do the track and trace before I even had my daughters feet measured. At this store they 8 and half her at an eight and a half.Not happy.

Great at measuring my daughter's feet but not so welcoming! I found the staff to be quite blunt and it came across a bit rude.

O have been rather impressed with the staff from the shop, very helpful in finding the correct pair of shoes and also solutions for other issues which I have had. I do strongly recommend as very good products and also extremely good staff members.

Fantastic experience getting my daughter's first school shoes today. She has long narrow feet, in between sizes and is a generally nervous child. We've had mixed experiences in the past, but this time the lady that did the measurements was lovely, she made my daughter feel at ease and talked everything through with her, as well as myself. Thankyou so very much.

Very rude when I was returning an item bought in another store. And I was leaving heard the staff say ‘we need to call them about this’Not sure why returning an item from another store is an issue or why I was asked what store it was bought in to begin with. That’s completely irrelevant, as it was a Clark’s store and product, if she had looked at the receipt.

Terrible experience. Came in to buy some school shoes, all 3 staff members busy and no-one acknowledged us or mentioned about needing a ticket so I didn't have one. Another 2 people walked in after me and got tickets. I realised this and told the attendant, she said I'd have to now wait even longer as didn't have a 'ticket', she was extremely rude to me. I'd go to Chester now where staff are much more pleasant.

Wonderful staff. Highly experienced & trained. 100% committed to giving their best. Great with children. I always go straight to Clarks! Very pleased with my new waterproof, grippy boots. Perfect for frosty & wet weather.
