I've been having problems with my van which my mechanics could not diagnose (although had an idea) so recommended i contact specific electrical mechanics for a diagnosis and quote. Seeing via Google that this company are open on a Saturday i gave them a call (on Friday) to ask if i could book it in to which (Nick) said YES, come in on Saturday morning, we open at 8.30 so arrived for 8.38. Upon arrival you have to ring a buzzer to speak with someone and have the barrier raised, no answer so phoned the 01633 number, no answer. I then called the mobile, no answer, it went on like this until 9am. It became apparent that they are NOT open on a Saturday despite it being shown via Google AND verbally confirmed that they are. What a waste of time! As a customer do you have time to waste? In that case, choose another company.
