Very friendly service from the owner, watch battery replacement carried out within an hour at a very sensible price. First class range of good quality watches and jewellery, will certainly return again.

Absolutely delighted with the service we received.Took 2 watches in for replacement batteries, the person who replaces batteries had left for the day as it was passed 5pm.I explained that were in Tavistock for a wedding the next day and that collection might be a bit difficult prior to the wedding.They offered to deliver them to our hotel room the following morning.Exceptional service at no extra cost.Thank you so much

What a treasure this shop is. A proper jewelers run by a very friendly and competent couple, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

Really really shocked with the service I’ve just been given. My watch went in for what I thought needed a new battery. It didn’t need a new batttery so there was no charge. The next day my watch was full of condensation so I took it back to be sorted. Two weeks later I phoned to see about it, I went to collect it and had to pay!!!My watch came out worse than when it went in and after all the excuses I had to pay for their muck up.I’ll never use them again and I suggest YOU DONT EITHER

Liked a necklace in the window, too small for me. But I managed to find other things I liked. Earring x two, bracelet and three photo frames.I love this shop. So many gorgeous things. I could go in tomorrow and spend hundreds again.Run by a lovely, friendly couple. I’m disabled and lady even walked me back to my car, carrying my bags.I’m going to need restraining not to go in here again.Also, two gorgeous dogs, Pippin and Ollie. Take some doggie biscuits with me next time.

I took my Seiko watch in for new battery on 2nd March 2023 and the service was first class.The watch had never had a replacement battery prior to this visit and removing the cover was extremely difficult and time consuming (excuse the pun!!)but the gentleman persevered and the battery was duly replaced all at an unbelievable fair price. Thank you Scruples a true five star service.
