Tuesday 12th September 2023, I had the service for my late mother. Stuart and his team handled everything for me and made sure that everything went perfectly and smooth, I didn’t need to stress about the day at all I will be forever grateful.I would like to say a special thank you to Stuart and Edward, who have been by my side the whole way through this process and all the way too the end, going above an beyond with every request I made.Highly recommend using SCM Funeral Directors, you won’t be disappointed!

When my beautiful mother passed, we chose SCM funeral directors to help organise her final journey. All I have is praise for how everything was handled. It gives me comfort knowing my mom was well looked after and in good hands. Special shout out to Edward, who honestly went above and beyond for us. From first meeting to the last, he was very professional and friendly. Could not have chosen a better funeral directors and will use you guys if and when needed in the future. 10/10 recommend. Thank you guys!

I just wanted to say that both Edward and Stuart and their teams, went out of their to help send my mum on her way. No doubt it was a stressful time for us - but Edward made sure he could not only help lift the burden of organising the funeral but also with emotional support for me and my family. Edward even opened their office on Saturday to help reassure us and book a cremation slot. Being Hindu, I was very grateful of Edward's knowledge of Hindu funeral rituals. SCM looked after my mum and were able to accommodate my family seeing my mum at any time. On the day SCM were all compassionate and professional. Thanks Dilip

When arranging my Dads funeral the team at SCM were caring, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They worked well with the celebrant we chose for the service and kept us up to speed with all the arrangements. They even agreed to have a taxi sign on the hearse as my Dad was a taxi driver. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Couldn’t thank them all enough for everything they done from the moment mom went into their care all the way through to the funeral! Highly recommended! No detail was too big or too small , 24/7 phone calls , re arranging things to make sure my mom had the best day possible ! Eddie Stuart and the team was very helpful and professional, even down to seeing mom in the chapel eddie made us feel so welcome with endless coffees and tissues. I knew my mom would have been happy!

There is no words to describe how this funeral parlour made us feel from picking my dad up to the funeral....I actually came across them by accident but so glad I did.There service was outstanding and all the staff made us feel like friends rather than customers ..I could never thank them enough for making a difficult situation more bearable....I would recommend this company from my heart ❤️

From start to finish, Stuart has been amazing. My nan passed away and from the moment he picked her up, him and Edward were amazing. They helped with everything that needed doing and made the whole process simple and less stressful, especially when it came to the paperwork. Always there if needed 24/7. Very friendly and professional and the service was beautiful. This is not the first time I have used Stuarts services as a few years ago he also did my mums funeral which was just as beautiful and easier to cope with with his help. I cannot recommend Stuart and his team enough. They make the hardest days easier to get though.
