Vanessa Nails

Been twice, first time with Vanessa great, second time was with one of male staff and he wasn't very friendly but mainly my nails were not done anywhere near as well as the time before. He left lots of paint and gel around the ends and sides. I told him he did very little to rectify the issue and they were still poor, yet I felt uncomfortable asking again because of his whole manner was uncompromising and he just didn't seem bothered about his job. Vanessa is much netter and cares about her workmanship. I think I will try another salon next time.

had my nails done for prom last year and loved them! Had been recommended to by a friend after seeing her nails. i live quite far from here but travelled down get my nails done. They give good advice/alternatives about nails and have good knowledge. Staff are very friendly, and do your nails quickly. Had to wait a short time, but it wasn't a problem. Would go back again.

A great nail shop with all mod cons. Vanessa is extremely talented and works hard to meet customer's needs. I would highly recommend this business

Beautiful nails every time takes time and effort to do your nails and very friendly been coming here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else

I have tried many nail salons and vanessa's is the best by far.

I am very sad to give this salon a 1* after my first visit. My nails were a total mess, both hands and toes! I paid another shop to take it all off and start over again. I think Vanessa was rushing as she had to close the shop early. When I pay £60 for nails i expect good service. I was so dissatisfied with these nails, and would not recommend. I contacted the salon, who told me to come back the following back but as I was going on holiday I couldn’t! I simply asked for my money back as it ended up costing me more money getting these nails removed and redone! She agreed to refund my money and then said the bank details did work which is rubbish. These people are sadly cheaters and liers!

Only go here if you want to be spoken to like you're an abused dog.Rude and unprofessional.Nails crooked too
