Absolute rip off! Bought branded eye drops for an eye infection. Charged me over £13! Went to Boots to buy more, the same product is £6.35.... Do not buy anything from here.

Professional and knowledgeable staff. Usually have most things in stock. One negative is they are painfully slow serving customers. Allow plenty of time for your trip and you will be ok!!

These guys are busy.. yes you wait for your prescription but you know what ...theyre so polite.. alot of brands they sell are cheaper than online !!Anyway ... prescription every month... a total breeze... ordered from my nhs app after 2 hours i went down and it was ready..didn't think it would.Decided to have my flu jab... very professional and deffo gentle... unlike some....These guys are like ya neighbours but down the road.Very very friendly and know you personally because of your repeat prescriptions.If they think you may be on the wrong medication they advice you to contact your GP...10000% trust

Take ages to answer phone, many times it just rings out.Ridiculously slow service despite what appears to be multiple members of staff.Often many members are dealing with one customer whilst a queue is building.Have repeat prescriptions of basic items which 50% of the time are not in or ready when even when ring in advance to check. I was told one of the items is dispensed when customer comes in, so even though prescription comes through electronically I have to go to ask them to fill the prescription and then go to collect it. Wasting my time going to collect and there's not even an apology for sloppiness.If it wasn't a convenient location I certainly wouldn't bother.2 stars only given because one of the female pharmacist has been quite helpful previously .

Been to collect a prescription , which had to be ordered a few days previously. I was given a sticker of my order to hand over when I came to collect. When I went to collect I was told I had collected on the Monday which I hadn’t but staff kept on saying I had collected. I insisted cctv footage to watched & still waiting for a phone call back . Slow & very rude staff.

Pharmacy wasn't even there let alone be opened at 6.30pm Sunday!!!!Needs changing hours if it's still there.Wasted my fuel by driving 2 miles there and 2 miles back just to find out no pharmacy is open there or doesn't exists anymore, absolutely disgusted by the management's updates

This has got to be the slowest service ever. Waited 25 minutes while they served the 3 people ahead of me only to find they didn't have what I wanted. I could have used the 25 minutes to walk to a decent chemist.

Every month I have issues with my prescription. Despite the fact it has been my pharmacy for over ten years. They always blame the doctor. My prescription is on repeat, so how can they get it wrong every month.

It's always busy but when you are served the staff are always very polite and helpful.

Wouldn't ever use this pharmacy again, staff don't even acknowledge you when you walk in even though I acknowledged them. Was waiting at least 5 minutes before got served, too busy talking amongst themselves, one other person in the shop sat down assuming waiting for a prescription. Then told they would charge £28.05 for one tablet due to the Doctor not putting the individual amounts of tablets on the prescription. No help whatsoever.
