Everyone at Torrent worked tirelessly to fix a leak and lay a new floor in my flat. Had a few delays with the delivery of the floor but the office stayed in touch to keep me updated. Very happy with the quality of the work. Thanks to Alex and Gary in particular!

Spoken to without any respect. Doesn't seem to have an inkling about customer services. Had my clients waiting for over 2 hours without an update. Not really good enough in my opinion
