My mind was a little distracted on Monday.I didn't realise I'd left behind my Credit card behind. When I went in 2 days later, I found they had kept my card safe, and it was graciously returned to me. I'd like to thank the staff for their honesty and care xx

Shocking customer service in the tunstall store from the cashier lady and the manager.. I returned expensive gaming headphones after only 2 months due too the ear pad falling off and was told it was accidental damage…I’m not sure how they work that out when they weren’t even there..it was most definitely not accidental.. they think they are psychic and practically told me I was a liar.. I went to festival park store instead and was treated 100% better and had an exchange no problem.. the staff at the festival park store need to give the staff at tunstall store customer service lessons.. absolutely shocking. Even my 9 year old son thought they were rude..

I would give zero stars if I could. The manager was extremely rude and the store did not meet my needs. I had a faulty item which was less than 12 months old and the manager said it had been deliberately damaged by myself and that it was their judgment to replace it or not.The manager needs to learn how to speak to people, he needs retraining on how to approach and deal with paying customers ! Also stop accusing customers of deliberately damaging items. I have since been to another branch (Biddulph) who could not do enough to help with the issue. The Biddulph branch has excellent customer service which the Tunstall branch mainly the manager needs to learn from. I will never use the Tunstall branch again.

Assistant on the tills was very happy and pleasant, however the girl on the pick up desk was entirely the opposite. Obviously not enjoying her work, grunting whilst passing the goods over. Fairly long time to wait for items but hey it is that time of year.Could do with someone who can follow numerical order of goods picked as there was no System at all.

Absolutely diabolical customer service, where the staff are all chit-chatting in the back all the time and not manning the tills, leaving customers to wait lengthy time periods. Dreadful disgrace of a manager (Terry), who clearly does an appalling job and as I understand it from Head Office, is being investigated for complete unprofessional incompetence.

useless. They are part of the Ebay drop off and collection point programme but when a package is tried to be delivered they will not accept it at the counter so when the driver is sent to the rear to the delivery door no one will answer the door or open it.4 attempted deliveries and still they have not accepted parcel. Absolute incompetence !!!!!

Placed a click and collect order for a kettle to be delivered to the Alsager Sainsbury's. I was told it would be available for collection after 4pm. 5pm came and I'd received no notification so I called the Sainsbury's store and was told that it hadn't been delivered and was in fact lost in transit!! I was told that they would refund me. 24 hours later and still no refund so I'm going to have to chase it up. Not acceptable at all. Sainsbury's Alsager were great and certainly understand customer service

I had purchased an item online and a week later I popped in to collect it, but my phone with all the information on it had crashed! The staff couldn't be more helpful, from looking up my details and giving me the order reference number, to ensuring I received my item promptly and assuring me that if it was not quite what I expected or needed they had a returns policy which would allow me to bring it back within 28 days! I would recommend this Argos to any of my friends.

Just collected some stock i orders online and the customer service was awfulWent to the online desk and waited and waited, eventually I had to ask someone when she walked past me a few times and ignored me. She wasn't to chuffed I stopped her talking to a colleague, another guy was more interested painting a wall than serving a customer... Sorry will go back to using Amazon

Massive shout-out to Helen Moore at your tunstall branch. We had an issue and she went above and beyond over and over to get it sorted for us. We have always loved Argos because of your returns policies and service, but this was exceptional, thank you!
