A fantastic shop spoiled by one rude and aggressive staff member. I'm registered partially sighted and didn't see the (horrifically discriminatory and illegal) notice on the door stating that people with medical mask exemptions were not permitted inside. One staff member let me in, I stared shopping then was escorted from the shop for not wearing a mask by another staff member who was amazingly rude amd hostile, even after I explained my medical exemption. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, especially from such a wonderful looking healthfood shop.

Extremely rude and ill-tempered.Unprofessional in the extreme. Obviously thinks serving customers in her overpriced establishment is beneath her.

Very rude member of staff, there was a more polite younger girl but sadly that's not enough to make me want to return, although Leominster is my nearest town we'll now be travelling to Ludlow to buy what we need as there is no need to be so vile to the people who are helping you to keep your shop open.

This shop is excellent, it has everything you need and more. From spices to treats its healthy and a good selection and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Went to this shop once to have a look around; one very unfriendly staff member. Fortunately a younger, nicer girl served me. However, on a second visit there only appeared to be the one staff member there - the miserable one. On purchasing my items I found her to be unfriendly and impolite. I don't know if its her business - if it is she needs to go to a charm school; if not her business, the owner needs to reconsider her employment. I will not be returning to the shop. It does not matter what you are selling - whether you have what I need in stock - if you cannot say Good Morning, smile and say please and thank you, then there are others who will.

Wonderful range of products, stocks those things that you just can't seem to find anywhere else in Leominster.Good Covid-19 precautions. Feels very safe. We need more shops like it.A massive thanks to Keith and Lorna.
