Aberdeen Small Workshop

I contacted Marek with a request to price/machine from aluminium a few fairly intricate mounting bracket adaptors I had designed myself, in order to retrofit some modern different sized LED work lights to my tractors. His price was very competitive and with a good lead time, which he beat by a week. When we met in his workshop for me to collect them, I found the quality, dimensional control and fit of the finished brackets was excellent and they are now installed and working very well. He's a very friendly and engaging chap with a deep knowledge of engineering, materials, manufacturing and repair techniques, I lost a very pleasant hour in his well-appointed and tidy workshop, discussing all things engineering, his capabilities and past / current complex projects. Marek made a couple of small parts for a motorbike I was restoring. As they were unavailable to buy it was great to have someone local to machine and complete the project - great service.

I went to Marek with a bolt seized in the tapped hole in my car roof where the roof bars are attached. I had spent hours trying to get the bolt out without success and had almost given up on using the holes again.I took the car to Marek who quickly had the bolt removed and then ran a tap through the hole to make sure the threads weren't damaged. He also then got me a couple of new bolts from his workshop to replace the old one.Highly recommended.
