Norvil are one of the easiest companies to deal with, they are always helpful, and as an international customer they are quick to reply to my emails, the only difficulty I have had is with the courier Parcelforce, its very difficult to track them in South Africa

As a Norton and Matchless owner, Norvil is my idea of paradise. I'd made an appointment to bring in a faulty Matchless AMC gearbox. I was welcomed by Carol, who on finding I'd come down from Bolton immediately made me a brew. Les Emery then took over, taking me and the gearbox through to their workshop. There isn't much Les and his colleagues don't know about Nortons and old British motorcycles in general, and the errant gearbox was stripped down then and there. A number of faults were quickly identified, so the box was left for some welding and part replacement . Les and his team are real enthusiasts, as well as knowledgeable and friendly. Norvil also have a veritable Aladdin's cave of spares, so they are providing a great service to owners of old British bikes as well as keeping our machines on the road. I could see my job was in expert hands and it was a really enjoyable experience. This is a great specialist small business run by lovely people who love their work. Highly recommended!
