A good cafe. Clean and pleasant seating area and the morning bacon roll offer with a drink is excellent value for money. Very pleasant and efficient staff.

Handy wee spot in morning for a cup of tea and a breakfast roll was great too see them opening up in motorway services which were overdue something like Gregg's for affordable food

Clean surroundings cheap and cheerful. Good variety on display and cappuccino quite good as was ham and cheese baguette. Small seating area adequate for service station needs. Staff polite and efficient

2nd visit to Greggs. Pizza was tasteless, the base was too dry. Previously I got a vegan thing that they refused to serve warmed. Cold food tasted awful. Sorry.

Literally just visited here, the lady serving us could do with taking a customer service skills course! Rude is an understatement. No manners at all, almost threw the muffins at me and spoke to me like I was a piece of dirt as I didn’t hear her as if I wanted separate bags for my muffins so I asked her politely to repeat the question. She also huffed at me when it came to paying as she was already typing in the card reader when I mentioned I had the app so she had to cancel it and redo it. Not the service we normally get nor would expect from such a well established business!
