Having been told by my new dentist that she didn’t want to tackle removing my tooth as it had such long roots running down past the nerve along the jaw i was extremely nervousI was SO relieved to meet Gerard who explained clearly the problems with a long rooted tooth . He was so thorough in his analysis & detailing of anaesthesia / sedative & alayed my fears … I was completely relaxed on day of removal. Gerard was so competent in his assessment & removal & professional inserting canulla & injections in my gum.. no pain on injecting @ all!There was no pain following removal hardly any blood following removalJob done … Thankyou SO much GerardAppreciated & relieved

I'm terrified of dentists .. it's got worse over the years so much so that I have panic attacks for pretty much everything... sometimes just talking to reception! I've recently passed out in the chair so my anxiety is through the roof when it comes to anything dental. I've had sedation at Coram twice now and both times they have been kind, patient and sympathetic to my fears. Truly the only way I could get treated! Even the waiting room is well planned, there's no photos of teeth or treatment ideas ( all of those trigger my shakes). Pain free treatment, (extraction) I knew almost nothing after I was sedated and the recovery was swift. Thanks to the team, no doubt well meet again!

I visited the practice for a wisdom tooth extraction. I had pain and on/ off infections for the best part of a year before being referred to the practice.Once I received my text confirmation with a designated appointment I completed all the necessary paperwork and arranged my personal logistics (taking the day off work, asking someone to accompany me and drive me to the appointment etc) to ensure it went smoothly.A few days before the appointment I received a text notification that my appointment was cancelled and that I needed to get in touch with the practice to reschedule.I completely understand that sometimes these things happen in unforeseen circumstances but also was keen to get booked in again at the soonest opportunity as I was in discomfort. I thought it'd be a simple phone call with the receptionists and literally a case of rescheduling for another date.I can honestly say I've never spoken to receptionists so rude and unempathetic to a situation. They were immediately defensive (no need to be, yes it was an inconvenience to reschedule but I didn't really mind as I say, these things happen), I was met with lots of sighs when trying to reschedule the date (I have a full time job and so does the person who is accompanying me so we can't drop everything in an instance unfortunately) and honestly when they left me on hold for a long period of time I think they were just hoping I'd go away and hang up.I know people have bad days, but the treatment I received over the phone was beyond unreasonable, and also SO unnecessary! I know they must deal with some difficult people but I was absolutely not one of them. It left me so so anxious to have any further contact with them.On the day, thankfully the only contact I had with them was to confirm my information and make payment. They were not friendly or warm in person. I would rate my experience with them 0 stars if it were an option.However, the gentleman and his assistant nurse that did my extraction couldn't have been lovelier and redeemed the whole experience. They made sure I was calm and reassured before receiving the anaesthetic and the actual operation was over with quickly. Thankfully I've had no issues with it since and I couldn't be more grateful.

I visited Coram Green Dental Practice on Friday to have my wisdom tooth removed. An amazing practice, in which I would highly recommend. I was given mild sedation and put at ease. The workers are all so friendly. The whole experience was very good and so far my recovery has been great. Thank you so much. Rachel.

I came yesterday for a molar extraction.Shook for most of the procedure as I'm a nervous wreck.Would like to say a massive thank you to Gérard who spoke to me & explained everything step by step. Went for a tooth extraction and 2 fillings. AIDAN WAS WONDERFUL. PUT ME AT EASE WITH HiS FRIENDLINESS AND WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING OF MY FEARS. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE ELSE IN THE PRACTISE FOR MAKING ME FEEL RELAXED

I was referred here by my dentist for a filling under sedation as I'm so nervous. All the staff here were so good right from the start! Receptionist very friendly, the dentist and anesthetist were so calm and patient with me. Didn't push me to get started. Allowed me the time and space I needed before I agreed to start. Talked me through it and listened to my concerns. I was told to get numbing cream myself before I came for the needle to go in my hand. That really helpped. I was worried the sedation wouldn't help enough but honestly all I remember was a little dizziness then being called to wake up. I have no memory of the procedure at all. Then the nurse took care of me after. Gave me plenty of time to recover and told me to wait as long as I needed before leaving. In the future if I need any dental work, I will request to come here.

Excellent service from this dentist surgery with efficient and helpful staff on every level from reception to surgeons and assistants.Professional and friendly also.

I am a nervous patient at the dentist, Gerard and his team were excellent, made me feel so at ease and relaxed. Great people. i had a wisdom tooth out and another tooth and under sedation i did did not feel a thing and i recovered within 5 mins. Best dentist i have been too. Thank you, what a great team you are :-)

Just want to say this is the best dental experience I have ever had. I’ve never been offered mild sedation before and as someone who usually gets very anxious and stressed at the dentist I can honestly say this was a great experience I would recommend this practice to everyone. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The sedation specialist was very good and putting in the butterfly cannula and I’ve had a very good and uneventful recovery. The minute I stepped through the door everyone also made me feel at ease! So thank you everyone (posting from different account but please send my regards to everyone - Sonja)
