Big update:A very kind manager contacted to resolve my previous very bad experience. Went today for a full day hot stone massage with Charlotte and she was absolutely incredible. It is a shame that we had to go through all of this trouble for me to get a good experience which i totally missed last time but it was worth it. Charlotte has magical hands and i enjoyed every second of it and truly felt relaxed and safe in her hands especially when she was so professional and she gave her 10/10. Very happy with the experience and will rebook with her soon.*Booked a full body massage with hot stones for 1h and 45 minutes. Therapist was unprofessional , she lifted the towel without saying anything and saw my breasts. She did not focus on my trouble areas even though i communicated with her what my problem areas are and where i need some extra care. Out of 1h and 45 minutes my massage was 1h and 20 minutes so that is already false advertising. I questioned my therapist (Jenny) about it and she said it is actually 1h and 30minutes and the 15 minutes its for her to clean up so even though i paid for 1h45m i never got what i paid for. I am not even from Marlow but seeing the good reviews i decided to give it a go but i was well disappointed to travel here and have a very poor experience. My back is hurting like i haven't even been to a massage and i feel like i haven't been treated with the same respect that they present themselves to offer. Not to mention that their hot stones sit on a towel on the floor which looks very poor. They put themselves out there to be this incredible spa parlour and they do not deliver what they promise.Very disappointed, will never come back nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Had an AMAZING facial with Oriana today. She was extremely professional, and I would go as far as to say it was the best I have ever had.!! I will be back !

I visited Cecily for the first time this week. The decor and interior of the spa is so beautiful and feels very luxurious and upmarket. I had a facial with Oriana and I can honestly say it was the best treatment I’ve ever had. It included a 15 min back massage and 45 min facial and scalp massage. Oriana was very professional and the treatment was absolutely fantastic. I left feeling so relaxed and de-stressed. I would highly recommend, i will be re-booking again!

What a find! Had the most wonderful facial there yesterday and my skin is glowing now, beautiful facilities and my therapist was first class. It’s a real gem in the heart of Marlow and it felt like I was in an actual spa. Will definitely go again.

I had my second pedicure with Oriana. She, as I am sure all the staff are, very articulate with the results they achieve. The reception staff ( Laura that evening) kindly offer an array of drinks making the experience even more special. Only now do I really appreciate the benefit of having a regular pedicure. May try other treatments in the future.

I recently had an amazing Medik8 facial with Yaz at a fantastic event last month. It was a lovely experience and the products used were clearly explained and felt and looked great on my skin. Can’t wait to book my next appointment at Cecily. Thanks again Yaz! :)

I had a lovely aromatherapy facial and massage with Shannon. She was really friendly and the treatment was amazing. The smell of the oils and hot towels complimented the facial greatly. I will definitely be coming back in the future and look forward to trying all the different treatments they have to offer.

I had a massage pedicure and manicure wit Oriana.The Massage felt very relaxing and great. She was very polite, friendly and hospitable. We had a great chat and I will definitely return to have another treatment with her in the future.My lower back pain disappeared that was bothering me on and off for so long. I would highly recommend Oriana!

Lovely spa. Clean, relaxing environment and nice decor with comfy chairs, not like most nail places that are all white, too bright and give you a headache and smell like chemicals. I had the bottomless prosecco deal and they kept me well topped up. Footbath filled with petals on arrival and I had a very enjoyable pedicure, great colour and quality and the girl with brown hair in a ponytail (sorry I didn't catch her name) was lovely, as were the other staff. Would definitely recommend and will be going back soon!

I was given a treatment voucher for my birthday. The treatment was very good and the spa is a treat to visit, much better than some other local spas I have been to. Helen did the massage treatment and I can highly reccomend both Helen and Cecily Medi Spa - a wonderful experience. Thank you.
