Terrible company! Passed the course January 24th was told that the certificate would take 3 weeks so I waited and then rang them only to be told to keep waiting. I waited a further 3 weeks this was around March. I asked what was going on to then be told the verifier has lost the data. Then I was told I was to retake a test on 26th March. I turned up to find that the gates were locked and no one was in. My partner phoned today and was told that I would have to attend another retake in a week or two and she was also told that other people are in worse circumstances when asked about a refund. She said that someone had to get leave from the army to attend so our situation was not as bad. Atrocious customer service and those call agents are terrible at their job and rude to customers. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM TGIS COMPANY. THEY ARE WASTERS.

I didn't receive it. I chased it and an employee told me that, contrary to my requests, they had destroyed it.By tearing it into five pieces and putting it in the general waste. My bank details - for anyone to find.4. The building has no fire signage, fire fighting equipment, adequate electricity, lighting or heating.5. Wipe your feet on your way out of the building to keep the streets clean.6. Attitude of staff is apathetic at best, and dismissive at worst. They don't care whether you receive your qualification.
