Absolutely love the attention to detail here. The roses are such a lovely touch and the scenery is beautiful. Both my grandmother and her parents are buried in this wonderful crematorium. Thank you ❤️

went to visit my mother at 4:38 pm as it said online it was open till 5 , when we got there a gate was still open so we went in . we were met by a man who said they closed at 4:30 which would have been fine if he had not been so rude about it after we said we thought it was open till 5 as it said online. he treated us like idiots by saying things such as ‘ guys come on the gates are closed use some sense ‘( even though one gate was still open ) and continued with ‘ just be quick ‘ in such a nasty bitter tone which i feel is just disrespectful and considering we had obviously been given the wrong time by their page and i had come to see a loved one ( we said could we just put the flowers down and go ) yet we were being treated like we had done son wrong . absolutely poor behaviour for someone who’s works at such a sensitive place for many people , you’d think they’d have some compassion. ( did not get his name but a bald gentleman with glasses)

A lovely peaceful place. A light airy interior. Had the service for my brother here. We didn't feel rushed at all

Extremely friendly and helpful. Never felt rushed, and everything was explained, and there was no question too silly to ask. I had to deal with a family death from a distance, so it was great to finally meet and see someone face to face. Total reassurance.

I really appreciate all the team at Bournemouth Crematorium. Always so helpful and understanding. The grounds always look so cared for. Thank you for all you do.
