I commissioned a building survey for a property near Windermere and received an excellent and thorough report - detailing both major and minor issues, clearly backed up with experience, and the surveyor was happy to answer follow-up questions. Michael undertook a very thorough and informative homebuyers survey for us for an investment property, picking up items both us and our builder who had visited had not picked up on- very valuable indeed.He was very helpful afterwards as well- always available to chat things through and explain, and going out of his way to help- recommending other professionals to help and making introductions.I will certainly work with him again in the future and recommend without hesitation.
