Had an absolutely wonderful time with Sarah! She really took the time to speak to me and understand who I am, not just as a bride but as a person, which helped her pull out so many dresses that shocked me in how beautiful they were. The selection of dresses in the shop were stunning as well! Definitely recommend!

Thank you to Maddy and Sarah for all of their help! The shop has a beautiful and wide selection of gowns. The service felt personal, and they were able to help me to find the perfect gown for me without ever seeming pushy. The whole process from choosing or ordering to alterations to aftercare has been straightforward. I would highly recommend Bicester Bridal to any brides.

I came in to Bicester Bridal with my Mum in August last year while I was back in the UK visiting her & the rest of my family. I had a wonderful appointment and they were very accommodating of us setting up a group call with my bridesmaids & partner's mum so they could be a part of such a special day. While I didn't end up with a dress from Bicester Bridal (I was torn between a dress here and another in a different shop) I did end up purchasing my veil (a beautiful, long, swarovski & pearl veil) from here and couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you for making this such a beautiful experience and sorry it has taken me so long to write a review!!

Five stars honestly aren't enough to describe how wonderful the team at Bicester Bridal are. They really are the whole package. Not only do they help you find the perfect dress, but they do so much more. You can book extras, such as alterations (organised in partnership with Ros' Alteration Room), and cleaning and boxing for your dress after the big day. Perhaps most importantly, they made me feel so comfortable and at ease, which is so important. Thank you Bicester Bridal!

I had a fabulous experience, from the booking process through to trying on dresses I felt comfortable. This was my second bridal shop appointment, the time spent trying on different styles and homing in on my likes was very helpful. Sarah took time to really listen to my vision, and showed me a curve ball style that I had no idea I would have loved! Go in with an open mind to trying on dresses, you never know what you may come away with!

I bought my wedding dress and veil from Bicester Bridal for my wedding on 6th May 2023 and I would highly recommend them!I went in with a specific dress in mind that I had seen online (which I did end up choosing), however Sarah was great with helping me to try other dresses on of different styles to further help me in my choice.The whole experience, from the first appointment to picking up the dress was great. Both Maddy and Sarah are very helpful, friendly and accomodating and communication with them is so efficient.I do think the dress was ordered too large, however they were so efficient at trying to rectify the situation and the seamstress they use is amazing at what she does (Ros’s Alterations), so nothing to complain about really!So many guests gave me lovely compliments on the dress and veil. My experience at Bicester Bridal has been absolutely lovely. Both Maddy and Sarah have made me feel really special during all of my visits there, they have been super attentive and knew exactly what I wanted. The service that they have provided has to been brilliant! The selection of dresses are beautiful and the boutique itself is stunning. I’m so pleased, I have had a wonderful first time experience!

Maddy and Sarah did a fantastic job in helping me to select and get the perfect fit for my dream wedding dress. I found the process quite daunting, but they soon put me at ease with their friendly disposition. Both were very knowledgeable and attentive, answering all of my many questions!On my wedding day, I received so many lovely complements about my dress from family and friends. I have never had so many complements all at once! My new husband even cried the moment he saw me walking down the aisle! I wore the dress for the whole day and was very sad when I had to change back into normal clothes!After the wedding, Maddy and Sarah were so kind and arranged for my dress to be preserved. I really appreciated being offered this service. I'm not sure all boutiques do this.I can't recommend Bicester Bridal enough. I will definitely try to keep in touch with these wonderful ladies!
