Just got back from a week of hiking in Scotland, all made possible by the new walking shoes I got from Millets just before leaving. In particular, Chris G was brilliant - extremely patient and knowledgeable and went out of his way to find me the perfect shoes and explain the pros and cons of different options even though it was minutes before closing. Highly recommend, and I will definitely return for any future purchases! Huge thanks again to the lovely staff.

Up their game in recent months. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pop in often to check the stock and sometimes buy something. Have used Millets for many decades, enough to see the manager, Paul, change from a youth to a (“simpatico”) man. Highly recommended.

Staff are always so helpful and friendly. My euro hike back pack I bought a few months back had a strap come off and I took it in for fixing but they couldn't do it so they offered me a new one in exchange. Didn't expect that kind of customer service so was really chuffed with the outcome as the back pack in general was in great condition and hadn't had any other problems. Thank you to the lady who served me today for helping me out!

I wanted to thank Chris for his excellent customer service yesterday. I called in for a pair of walking trainers which should be easy. Unfortunately I have wide feet and a bunion on one foot. He was endlessly patient and even when I couldn’t find a suitable pair he was happy to suggest other makes and ways to make a pair of slightly larger shoes wearable. Thank you Chris.

Bad place for drop off DPD parcel. They’ve lost one of my parcel and poorly managed. When I went their with tracking info, that the item is still there. They can only say it’s not in their place, they couldn’t find it! Worst experience ever in terms of service!
