Tim and his team finished off work that had been sadly unfinished 5 years ago. They repaved our patio, created stone steps and a stable pathway where there had been a rickety half finished danger zone, and they made an excellent job of it. I had wanted a spiral in our patio to echo the huge ammonites we had found in the garden. Tim suggested using woody thyme to create the effect I wanted and it was an instant ‘yes’ from me. The stone work is excellent. The setting of the ammonites is wonderful. The spiral patio is something I just adore. This is not just garden work. It is creative plantsmanship, and an eye for proportion as well. Highly recommended.

Tim and team sorted me out with a perfectly level and to spec concrete base for my mega shed. Good communication, reliable, job done on time and to cost, and just nice people to have around. Even left me with a pencil. Tim has also advised on other aspects of our yard, clearly knows his stuff and we're looking forward to having him back for more work soon. Tim and his team transformed our garden from a sad little patch of concrete to a beautiful, useable space. He adjusted the design a few times to make sure it was right for us and gave great advice about how we could make the most of the space. The team worked hard in all weathers to get it done on time and made sure they minimised any disruption.

A very positive experience with Stockman Landscaping. Tim worked with our original plan and took genuine and active interest in helping bring the garden in within budget.They were particularly open to ideas with ways to improve the overall project and were as interested in the final outcome as we were – no shortcuts. The communication was excellent throughout. The whole team were polite and respectful of our space and always pleasant, and receptive to our suggestions. Some aspects that they did were created steps, built Brandon stone walls, paved, created a vegetable, built a floating bench and dealt with the tiers that were required. The team recommended and worked with an electrician to install lighting, to enhance the overall garden. Tim also gave us planting advice and we’re looking forward to enjoying the garden in the summer.

Tim and his team were professional, friendly and hard working through every stage of the process of transforming our back garden from the initial inspection, design and quote through to the work itself and were more than happy to talk through the pros and cons of achieving what we wanted. Tim and his guys rebuilt and rendered our crumbling and weathered wall, moved and re-laid the existing garden paving and laid some new slabs, relocated beds and plants, completely rejuvenated and changed the layout of the existing decking, built a new garden gate from scratch, and installed new drainage. Tim was also flexible and accommodating in suggesting a solution for a last-minute layout change part way through the works.Tim and his team’s impressive knowledge was very useful in advising on the suitability and purchase of plants for the new garden, as well as tips for its future upkeep. We are very pleased with the finished job and wouldn’t hesitate to employ Tim and his team again and can recommend them without reservation.

Tim and his team did an excellent job on our front garden. It was getting quite overgrown, the small wall needed repointing and the tiles were all wonky throughout. Tim cleaned and re-laid all the sets (which looked no mean feat), cleared some of the hedging, rebuilt the edging, re-pointed the wall and built us a pretty awesome bin store! Tim & his team are fantastic, they are professional, friendly & always on time. Tim talked through his plans, always checking we were happy, that said we trusted his judgement. They have transformed our back garden by adding a lovely path, a pond & plants, & shaping the garden. They are coming back in the spring to complete the planting & to do more work for us.

Absolutely delighted with our new garden, smart, easy to maintain and safe for our young daughter. Tim carried out landscaping work at our property, but for the previous owners and before we purchased earlier this year.Unfortunately, soon after moving in we had an unexpected gas leak – and cutting a long story short the gas company were required to remove our front patio paving slabs, which broke in the process.The former owners put us in touch with Tim of Stockman Landscaping to see whether he could point us in the right direction of some matching, replacement patio slabs.Not only did Tim come back to us promptly and politely, he even dropped around replacement identical slabs free of charge that very same day!A very kind gesture – and indicative of a reliable and trustworthy business.
