The staff here are truly fantastic! Myself and my partner could not have had better customer service. Amanda and Libby were so helpful with everything regarding our new stray cat adoption and where extremely friendly. It’s clearly to see that the staff here genuinely care about animals and take great pride in their work. I highly recommend this business, especially the ladies on the front desk.

Started off ok first year but the male nurse is rude and as for the one of vets that they have in there at the moment she is more interested in arguing over the animal than helping it out. Why become a vet

My visit was related to the sterilization of the cat. Unfortunately, during the procedure, it turned out that he was suffering from pyometra. I was immediately informed of this and immediate action was taken to resolve the issue. Everything was a complete success. My pet is in perfect condition. I am very grateful for such care and interest in my pet.

Everything you'd need for your pet is there (when in stock! Clearly popular). Some refurbs since my previous visits, which makes the place a lot nicer and welcoming.

The vet was well informed of our dog’s medical history, she had read the notes beforehand. She was kind and compassionate and diagnosed the problems accurately. Reception staff were lovely (as they always are), overall a very reassuring experience.

Help was swift and first class for my cat with a water infection. In fact, all my visits have been positive experiences. In and out and no unnecessary fuss. I never feel like I'm being rinsed for cash and the vets are generally all very sympathetic and kind. They offer a range of treatments including some herbal and homeopathic/ other complimentary therapies which is a great addition and you feel well equipped to make the right decisions for you and your pet. Surgery is clean and convenient with plenty of free parking and there's the pet shop to keep worried pets occupied and a groom room too. Staff are friendly and phone is answered promptly with plenty of options for other ways to get in touch. There is also an emergency option although can't comment on how good or bad this is. Thankfully.

The whole team are vets4pets are wonderful, they've looked after a lot of our furry family over the years with so much compassion. Highly recommended.

Money is all they care about. Very rude receptionists. They don't care about animals at all. They don't listen to you, they like to argue, they are very rude on the phone. They are likely to spay pregnant cat just to receive few hundreds pounds without any consideration how immoral that is. I had a health care plan for my cats. We ordered flea and deworming treatment with them and they didn't bother to order anything for the cats because of one missed cruel appointment with them..better is to stay away from this veterinary practice as it has nothing to do with care for animals.
