I have had the pleasure of networking with Sonia for some time. She has demonstrated her professionalism and knowledge in health and beauty which has helped many. Her attitude towards her job and care for her clients is outstanding. Although I haven't been able to use her services yet due to COVID19, she will be my 1st go to when life gets back to normal. I highly recommend her services.

Big thanks to Sonia Richmond from Chi Beauty.I’ve had a few skin tags on my neck appear over the years, and recently been giving me a few issues.I contacted Sonia, and she was able to squeeze me in ASAP, as 1 had started to give me problems whilst I was on holiday.I was a little worried about having them removed. But she made me feel so at ease. She explained everything, and was very open with questions I had.Thanks Sonia for the treatment.

My husband bought me a gift voucher for Valentine's day as he knows I love going there so much. Emma did a beautiful set of eyelash extensions on me & I also treated myself to a shellac pedicure . Great service & lovely chat with Emma. Thank you!

I have visited Chi on a few occasions in the past. My last visit was for a facial with Barbara, who is experienced, friendly and efficient. Having the facial was most relaxing and I will be returning soon for some other treatments. I would highly recommend Chi to all my friends and family.

Have been going to Chi for a few years for waxing, have had body massages, pedicures and facials. Also used to do individual lashes done here before switching to strip lashes which I always got complimented on. Professional service from Sonia and the team which I would highly recommend and have already recommended to family and friends, family also took a day trip to Chi a few years back and had no complaints!

This salon is extremely friendly and I have always felt relaxed and looked after well. The salon offers up to the minute treatments and all the therapists are trained so that they can explain how the treatments work too!It's a little haven if goodies too so you can shop while you wait for your treatments!

I visited Chi for a luxury pedicure. It’s a lovely Salon, very calm and relaxing. The staff are very professional and friendly. Sonia is extremely knowledgeable about her therapies. Highly recommended

Had what I can only say was a delicious facial. It really relaxed me. I have massages there as well and they were just as good.Had a wonderful facial from Sheila this week. I can also recommend her massages which, I think, are some of the best I have had anywhere.

Chi has a new therapist, Barbara, and I had a massage and facial with her yesterday. They were both amazing - very professional and Barbara is a friendly and experienced therapist. I highly recommend you try Chi out as they have a fantastic range of other services aswell.
