Really disappointed by the way in which management spoke to my wife. We shall be going elsewhere in the future as this “premium service” was unfortunately only premium in cost. She was bitterly disappointed after being a longstanding client for 5+ years

Use this business as its local and its important to support them, however after todays experience, I will never set foot in the place again. The lady behind the counter was rude and arrogant. She actually made me feel like I wasn't good enough to be in her shop.

Defensive, resistant , unhelpful attitude after my face flared up after a facial. Had to get an emergency doctors prescription. Absolutely no sympathy or token gesture at my second appointment. Awful place ! and don't get me started on the naff decor, such as the princess sofa ........ One of the girls was very good, the rest...... AVOID, there are mush more caring establishments around

Me and my mum go about once a month for a facial and massage. Absolutely fantastic! I always leave feeling calm and soft! The treatment rooms upstairs are very clean and have a fantastically calming ambience. Whilst you wait, if you're early, the shop downstairs is full of beauty products, makeup, jewellery and trinkets to peruse. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience there and when I've had to wait for my mum to finish her treatment the staff have made me a brew, talked with me and let me browse for as long as I wish.
