Appointment was on time everything was explained to me so that I understood thanks to Caroline again friendly staff.

Terrible communication, rude staff answering the phone, almost impossible to speak to your solicitor, week long delays when responding to emails, false updates given - I ended up calling the seller's solicitors to verify information I was being given - they lied about updates on two occasions. Incorrect bills sent out that I had to question. Made the whole house buying process extremely unpleasant. Would not recommend or use this company.

Awful service from Jess. Never, ever answers her direct dial. No updates in regards to completion dates (had to find out from sellers). Called multiple times no answer. Figures wrong on paperwork including house price and deposit value. Chased for account details and got ignored. Constant requests for paperwork and updates which had already been completed with mortgage advisor. All in all, a shambles. The fact you have to pay over a grand for this is just a kick in the teeth. I would never use Fidler & Pepper again. Blamed it on being busy for COVID (which would be reasonable and understandable) but reviews say the same thing going way back before the pandemic. Just shoddy.

Dreadful communication and rude staff. These people do not want to talk to you! They want everything on the App. That’s fine but queries come up in the house buying process that need discussing in person. I would advise that people go elsewhere.
