Blue Banana Plymouth

Terrible experience. Had industrial pierced, the piercer got the clamp stuck in my ear, and made me hold it for around 2 minutes while he left the room and went to go get another clamp as he had literally broke it on my ear. Still had to pay full price! (£50) They also pierced it very close to the edge of my ear, it’s been 6 months and still hurts. Also got ID’d for the piercing by one of the staff members who was quite rude (didn’t have ID at the time) when i am clearly over 16 with visible hand tattoos and a full beard lol. another staff member DID end up telling the rude person that i was clearly over 16 and did the piercing anyway, but still.

I got a conch piercing earlier and I would recommend to anyone around Plymouth looking to get something done to go here. All the staff at the counter were lovely and the piercer was friendly and professional. If I’m ever back here I will definitely come again :)

I went in today, and was looking for a dress, I found one in my size (I'm a fairly bigger woman) after trying it on I cried because I felt pretty for the first time in a long while, all the staff proceeded to get me to show them and hyped me up, telling me I look amazing and we're being so lovely, boosting my confidence! The best customer service I've had in years, I couldn't thank them enough

After a poorly place belly button piercing (completely off centre and had to be re done by another piercer) I foolishly returned 5 years later for a nose stud. Once again this experience was poor. Sarcastic unsympathetic body piercer and a serious bled out after she went through a blood vessel..... Have now learnt my lesson never to go there again

I went for my first ever piercings at Blue Banana and got both my lobes done. I was quite nervous as I had never had a piercing before but the woman was so lovely and chatty and made me feel very comfortable. I asked the woman if we could keep talking when she pierced my ear to distract me and she was very happy to do so and it made all the difference. Very lovely and highly professional staff. I felt like I was in very safe hands and would recommend.

Today decided to get my septum and went to Blue banana. I was really nervous, but girl at the till was really nice, welcoming. Big shout out to guy who did my piercing, such amazing professional, was understanding, very comforting and quick, also friendly attitude, which I really appreciate. Would go get more piercing there definitely.

Very professional, my peircer instilled confidence in every aspect of her ability to correctly place, and peirce the area asked for. Her Lovely personality put you at ease as she really cared about her skills as body peircer

I went for a piercing in my ear, I have a massive needle phobia. the way I was treated was first class. I was able to lie on the couch for a good 25 minutes not feeling pressured to leave, the girl who did my piercing was so so so lovely even though I was being a complete wet wipe. 100% reccommend
