Had a tear in my favourite shirt. I wasn't expecting it to be perfect, but hoped to get a few more wears out of it. The fix is fantastic, and a great price. Much better than I was expecting. Lovely service too.

The most expensive clothes alteration place I’ve ever been to. The clothes were not altered well (the skirts are still tooo long that I’m tripping over them - doesn’t even feel like they hemmed them at all) so need to get them redone. Complained and they offered nothing to rectify the situation. Felt completely conned.

I had some alterations made on check trousers and needed the checks to line up. They did the realigning free of charge. I was pleased with the result and the staff were always extremely friendly.

Great service: reliable, friendly, decent opening hours (the Sunday opening hours are a godsend), and they can do alterations too, which is handy. I use this place every week, and it’s good.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Wish I could give them 0 stars. Not only were my shirts still dirty when I collected them they also charged me for alterations that were done on a vintage shirt without permission in order to charge me more. They refused to remove the alteration fee and when I spoke to the manager he threatened me and said he’d hold my garments hostage until I paid the full price. Judging from their other poor reviews ripping off customers is what part of their business. Absolute crooks!!!

Got a coat cleaned here for ~£14. Nice and kind people, turn around was 2 days. Overall good service and I have no complaints.

Used to be great service. Girlfriend got shoes mended here but heel snapped off the next time she wore them. When we returned the shoes we were told to expect a call from the manager that never came. When we returned again a week later we were told it had been too long, even though the heel they replaced had clearly not worn at all. Shame as the cost is relatively low but I resent paying twice for poor quality work so will have to find somewhere else for our future dry cleaning and shoe repair needs.

This is our local dry cleaner. The staff are super friendly and go over and above to provide a great dry cleaning service. They are gentle with the clothing and take great care and pride in the job that they do. I really rate the duvet cleaning service too. They also have excellent tailors for alterations and mending. I would highly recommend this dry cleaner.
