Came in a few days ago, I come here alot and all the staff are lovely except this one lady who works there. I dont know her name but she is a young black girl. She lacks humanity and personally I dont think someone with her personality should be working at a pharmacy where alot of older people come in. I asked a question and she gave no response and just stared blankly back until I responded again and just left, this amongst other things just made me feel stupid. I dont think this is the right place for her.

I've used them for years for standing repeat prescriptions, never had an issue. Staff are always polite, friendly and professional and do their best to help when you have queries or need advice.

Called to speak to the pharmacist the young lady on the phone said the pharmacist is tied up atm and would put me on hold kid you not was on hopd for 20 mins. Ended up hanging up and ringing else where. Make your self more available please.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever come across, rang on Friday afternoon to check if they had an item I needed asap for my baby and couldn’t get from anywhere, said no but they had something similar if I could get a prescription for that. Went back to walk-in centre to get that prescription, had it sent there, get back to find the girl who was on the phone saying she never said they had it, she said they “could get it” (not true) and also the doctor had sent the wrong prescription again which they also didn’t have; so bad service on both sides! I was told all they could do was order it in for Monday, so waited all weekend got back Monday afternoon to find they still didnt have it, never ordered it, then had me sat waiting for an hour with a poorly baby and still didn’t get resolved, said they’d call me when it was sorted, now Tuesday and still nothing. Given up, avoid this place nothing but problems

please BEWARE this pharmacy is shockingly incompetent.They forget" to deliver dosset boxes.Forget to put the right pills in !Prescriptions are rarely ready.They don't pass important messages on when they say they will.The ladies serving are useless they just stare at you blankly if you ask them to do anything. One lady mumbles or doesn't even respond they should not be working here if they don't understand anything basic.The manager is arrogant.The pharmacy opposite this dump is exactly what night and day isn't...professional and competent ."

Amazing people, so helpful. Theres been a few times I've been caught short and my own pharmacy has messed up or my husband forgot to collect my prescription and tell me!Day & Night pharmacy have been exceptional in their support, helping me through the 111 process or going into the patch to recieve my prescription.Above and beyond fab. Thankyou so much for helping me when I'm desperate!!
