During shop opening hours we will be offering a walk-in self service dog wash whereby for a small fee you will be able to wash, rinse and dry your pooch leaving your house free from hair mixed with dirty water! No need to book. £9.50 for 20 minutes.. You can have longer at 48 pence per minute.

I would highly recommend the self service dog wash, the staff are on hand to give advice and guidance. You use their beautifully smelling products, amazing bath, aprons, towels and hairdryer, no wet dog or smelly towels at home.I haven’t tried the grooming service yet but imagine that’s just as wonderful.

Probably the best pet store I have ever been to. Debbie is so passionate and really knows her stuff! She’s trained in animal nutrition and was impressive with her advice on pet treats for my Labrador. We came back for the self service dog bath - amazing!!! Cannot recommend enough ☺️

I can highly recommend the Posh wash.I used it out of necessity. Because our water was turned off at home. But I will certainly use it again.20 minutes was more than enough time to clean and dry my stinky spaniel. As everything you need is to hand.Not having to bend down to wash my dog is a game changer!As always the team at the PetHub are wonderful. They show you how to use the equipment and are on hand if you need them for hints and tips. The clever use of dog pate resulted in my boy not worrying one bit about the blow dryer. I couldn’t believe it.Thank you so much. We will be back.

Just found this 'Gold Mine' Such a wonderful place. 'own large car park for customers. Self Dog wash facilities on site. I had taken my small dog for a grooming + session. Sophie did a wonderful dog, as well as descale her teeth. I was given so much advice from the lovely ladies regarding her diet and itchy paws. They were very knowledgeable and very happy to help. My picky eater is no longer picky and wolfs back the recommended food. Great shop I cannot recommend enough!

Great selection and quality food and accessories. Knowledgeable staff to advise on choices.Used the dog wash after a walk locally and it was brilliant - even had a helping hand from the staff

Absolutely amazing service ! Struggling with my lab puppies diet & constant upset stomach since getting her & nothing has worked! Went in to see for advice on raw food and since going on food recommended by PetHub my puppies stomach has been perfect and finally has settled! 100% recommend, spent so much time helping us and explaining the products !
