Terrible and scamming, discriminatory salon. From an Afro hair care salon, I would patronised by non Afro specialist for not accepting add on treatments with my procedure. I have been on a healthy hair journey with a registered tribologist who advised me to get my straightening treatment done professionally. I had recently been getting treatment with the salon and shared my advice from my trichologist. They refused to support my journey and told me that I will not be able to do any procedure on my hair, unless I book in at £60 treatment first. To which I replied, I have been on a course of treatment for three months, and I have advised me to get a treatment from yourselves. If I did not pay the additional £60 that I would not be willing to do anything with my hair as I had gone to a professional instead of using their selves.

I’ve been to a lot of hair dresses in Birmingham and non of them come close to these guys absolute stars, I always have Amanda do my hair and she does it perfect every time I’ve never left disappointed! Always nice and welcoming too! So worth the money! Always fast too! 1 hour it takes Amanda to blow dry and straighten! And she doesn’t even rush! And my hair is XL! Amazing work every time x

OMG !! What a professional place! I brought my 7 year old daughter to manage and maintain her hair better.From making appointment to been seen was smooth and easy. We have seen Tara and I can’t thank her enough. She simply listen to what we wanted to achieve. With her experience strait to the point she recommended us what treatment we need what is safe and less damaging for hair. Tara guided us throughout and make sure we also know what to do at home.The outcome was fantastic, my Daughter hair was shiny, silky and very free in movement. Also we had a moisture treatment and wow wow wow. As a parent I am happy but the most happiest person is my daughter. ;) we will be back for sure and I do strongly with a hand on my heart RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE.Thank you Tara for looking after us and making such a perfect experience. I had my hair washed, a silk press treatment and trim. Firstly my hair came out amazing. I have course curly hair which was breaking now it’s soft, shiny and straight which has made it much easier for me to manage for day to day styling. The hairdresser showed me exactly how much she was taking off when cutting my hair and explained the treatment she was going to do. You can really tell they know their stuff when it comes to curly hair. Service was so friendly, just an overall great environment to have a little me time on in. I really appreciated the fact the lady shows me how to wrap my hair for bed too, to help maintain my hair and look after it even better. Also got a cup of tea and even a biscuit which I thought was a cute touch. Defo 5 stars ⭐️ from me.

I went to Kizuri Hair and Beauty Salon for treatment, silk press and trim for an event. I was met by lovely ladies who were very polite and accommodating. I was able to book a free consultation appointment to discuss the best course of action for my hair care. She gave me great professional advice and booked me in for an official appointment just in time for my event. 10/20 would recommend to a friend. Thank you ladies!

I live in the States and have worn my hair natural for 9.5 years. My graduation from University of Birmingham was set for Dec 2023 and I needed a silk press - there no way my curls would fit under the floppy hat I rented/hired. Between my travel plans and the weather, I needed a stylist in BHam to assist. After reviewing ALL the choices, I selected Kizuri & reached out via Whatsapp. They communicated with me promptly before my travel, assessed my hair via photo, and assured me they would do a silkpress. And sure enough, they did an amazing job! The hair was silky and remained flawless despite all the rain (yes, RAIN!) and cold. Everyone in the States was very very impressed and send a big kudos to Kizuri! I washed and my curls popped right back into place. Perfection.
