Toxic fumes from this company's tar production plant are blowing across into neighbouring residents' homes and causing headaches, nausea, tiredness and God only knows what else. My two year old has been hospitalised three times with asthma and he always has a cough. The company don't seem to care about local people's health, and deny all responsibility.

Toxic Pollution!!! Many years ago this area had clean air but just lately too much toxic air pollution. When i visit hayes,. Espically at nights or the early hours; i smell this strange smell- TAR" in the air. Couldn't breath at all!!! This is not good for the residence who live in the surrounding. They should move this plant else where. Don't make profit at the cost of lives!!!"

I haven't been to this place for a long time, but there's a new girl who thinks she's in charge at this scale, she's very rude and doesn't know how to talk to drivers. If she can't, don't work here.

Shovel drivers absolute imbociles think they own the plant because they have priority over other vehicles. I'd they'd behave like that on the actual public road they'd defo get a good hiding guaranteed!!!
