Took my husband watch to Timpson in Bradford was not a good experience asked for the watch back, never again . Went to On Time in Keighley this morning what a lovely guy he had the watch done in 10 minutes not expensive either , where has Timpson was going to charge me £5 for one pin . Will be using Our Time from now on

Phenomenal service from On Time. I'd seen a few recommendations on Facebook and decided to finally get two of my watches looked at, by the time I'd ran a few errands and returned both watches had been repaired. Very customer friendly, professional, and I even had to ask again for the price quoted as I couldn't believe the cost!I'll be recommending On Time to anyone and everyone who can benefit from their services.

Needed my car key fixing as one of the buttons had stopped working. He fixed the button but encountered another issue with the key. He went above and beyond to sort my key out for me. Now it works perfectly. Thank you. Very friendly with brilliant customer service, fairly priced too! Use these small independent businesses or lose them!Cheers again.100% recommended

Went to get my watched fixed, everywhere was charging £40 to £100+ to get it serviced, came here for the 1st time and he opened it up, found a little piece fluff or something, got it ticking again. Charged £5 absolute g. Highly recommend

Always excellent service. Did a great job on my boots, quickly and cheaply. Has done small jobs like punching a hole through a belt for free and little things like that absolutely cement on time as my go to. Well recommended.

Great service and friendly staff would definitely recommend!!! Great for keys and also shoe repairs. I took my heel to timpsons and they quoted £35 and said the heel colour might be different. Brought it to on time was done in a matter of days and a fraction of the cost!!! Will use again when I need to!

Popped down to get a watch battery changed and some shoes re-soled.The watch battery was changed in almost no time at all, the shoes are if anything better than they were new, the heel was rebuilt and new soles applied.Great price for both bits of work, fantastic customer service with the work (on the shoes) explained fully.Would highly recommend.

Dropped a watch off I rarely wear for an evening event I’m attending. There was massive doubt if the bracelet could be repaired…not to mention if there was enough time. I was called by closing time to say the watch was good to go..great work Pete - thank you
