After consulting with them i take PRP injections for hair loss, And it have been nothing short of a miracle for me. 2 stars since I guess they did inject me with something at least. Besides that I came to my appointment and they didn’t have the booking, send me downstairs to a sister business. Chinese and Indian staff can barely speak English doubt they have any medical experience. Did the PRP procedure inside a dirty office. I’m not expert by I don’t think you throw medical waste in an office basket. I wouldn’t have bothered too much but they messed with my time so much. £900 and 9 months later no improvement.

Did my hair transplant last year, worst experience ever, I look worse than before,My transplant was done by a group of apprentices, now my hair has grown in patches, absolutely conned me for 1000s, been telling them months after months that it is not looking good, they kept telling me don't worry wait at least a year, now I have to wear a hat as the results are hideous. They made sure to take my money before I was introduced to the team, coz they were all young college/uni kids.
