Acupuncture for Fertility

I began working with Al ahead of IVF treatment earlier this year. Al was very welcoming and talked me through the process of accupuncture as well as getting to know me and what had led me to seek his help. I am now 21 weeks pregnant-yay! Al has always put me at ease and has helped me to implement changes in my personal life with regards to finding time to relax and step away from work or social commitments, simply by reminding me to listen to myself and my body. Al has a calm nature and mild manner which is easy to warm to, I look forward to our appointments and trust his recommendations without pressure. The accupuncture itself is a source of relaxation and self care. I always leave feeling happier, with more energy and motivated to look after myself. The act of self care in and of itself can make a huge difference when on a difficult fertility journey. I contacted Al after a recommendation from a friend and would play that recommendation forward without hesitation.
