Hello,I am just wondering if I can have feedback regarding the information provided by the council clean air zones.I believe the information provided has been difficult to understand and seems to be a scam to get more money from the public.I have recently bought a pick up as my family requires alot of space for kids dog and camping gear.After researching about this my vehicle would be charged if I enter a clean air zone however I would be exempt as this is a private vehicle which was not used for commercial use and I was a Bradford resident.After buying the pick up truck I have received a penalty charge notice for £69. This occurred on Manchester Road where is is a one way system to approach roundabout near to odsal.Two days later I received another penalty charge notice. This is not what I need especially when everything regarding cost has gone up.I have made contact with the council and they stated that because I bought the vehicle after the 26th September 2022 I could no longer apply for exemptions and would be charged even though I live in Bradford.I want to know what peoples experience with Clean Air zones especially Bradford?Other Clean air zones have residents exemption so why are we any different.Do you think there is clear information regarding guide lines?Do you find website confusing?The map used on the website is very difficult to especially borders.The clean air zone system is automated. This means you will be directly fined with a penalty charge notice which is £69 but can go up to £180 if not paid. No warningI am trying to raise a case for the council so any feedback would be appreciated.I do feel that the signage around Bradford for this is not great. Especially when the only sign you see is on a one way road(Manchester Road)

I cannot praise this M.P enough. I took a lady faced with eviction and residency issues. He was amazing. He managed to sort it in 5 days. Thank you so much.

I despise people who leave negative reviews, but when you have no other choice, I guess it’s the last resort.Firstly I’d like to clarify I personally have had no interaction with imran Hussain, however his office represents him.In July I emailed the office with a private matter, I chased it up a couple of days later as I had no reply. I emailed them, still no reply. I then proceeded to call them a couple of days later, they said they’d get back to me. Never happened. I called again a couple of days later. Apparently my issue had been sent to the ‘London Office’. Well this happened numerous times, with numerous excuses. Ie. The person my email had been allocated to was away on holiday, ‘they’ll give you a call when back’.So from July, until October, I have had no communication from the office unless I called.Waste of time and waste of my efforts. Looking into putting in a formal complaint.

Very accommodating also the staff listen and act on the problems pro actively. I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency with the way the staff handled and resolved my problem.
