Unless the receptionist is medically qualified I don’t understand why I have to tell them my reason for needing an appt with the doctor. Surely they cannot decide who gets to see the doctor. But the receptionist has told me she can’t book me one!! I have to call 111 every time I want a doctors appt

Waited 1 month for a referal heard nothing went to doctors and was told sorry we thought it was a new referral Waited another 2 months went to doctors said they called and left text message and voice message I said I never received them she said well we sent them I said what number she told me the number i never had that number very rude doesn't know what she is doing called me a liar shocking find another doctors vill be putting in a complaint
