Had my motorbike MOT here. They have a decent waiting area in reception with a cheeky vending machine and were very flexible letting me come in for the retest at my own convenience.

Arranged my trike MOT at short notice; was told initially that it was doubtful it could be fitted in, but was squeezed in. MOT was carried out on time and with full explanation of what was happening. A very pleasant experience, while dealing with a very capable work force. This was the first time I had used the MOT supercentre, it won't be the last!

First full service has bean done on brand new car. Brake fluid added all around engine bay(topping up till you can close cap, fuel filter doesn’t need any attention and diesel is dripping on engine. Paid £400. Enjoy and next one please.P.S not the first time.

The overall service was pretty good, with good communication. However, they seemed to have a massive workload, so I felt a bit rushed throughout the process. And let's talk about the price... it was a bit criminal, £400 for a full service, tire puncture repair, and brake investigation? That's quite expensive. Would I use them again? Probably not, considering the rush and the high cost.But here's the thing, they actually re-investigated my brakes for free when the issue persisted after they claimed to have fixed it. I really appreciated that gesture, so I'll give them 4 stars. I would recommend them if you're okay with the pricing.

Good service, kept to appointment time, fair and friendly. Even the other customers were nice, nice place for nice people ! Felt comfortable there and not like I was being ripped off or mansplained like some garages - recommended.

MOT Supercentre Andover what an absolute let down!! The manager is so arragent! Doesn't talk to his customers before fixing jobs that have failed on MOT! Talks down to his customers trying to belittle them when being proven wrong. Doesn't finish the job on time leaving you waiting hours without an update. If I could rate this garage 0 stars I would!
