Leaders Nottingham City together with Liberty Gate

Avoid this company. We moved into our apartment over a month ago and there were loads of issues from the beginning. To name only a few, broken bed, broken wardrobe, leaking shower, leaking sink, multiple broken window handles and worst of all one of the bedrooms smells so bad that we cannot use it. We have been contacting them regularly for over a month and they have only sorted one of the minor problems.Outrageous that we're paying over £1200 per month and still cannot even use one of our bedrooms. Avoid Leaders at all costs, I have no faith in them to sort the problems any time soon

It's so important to feel safe and secure as a tenant in a rental property, and due to the care Libbie showed - I was lucky enough to feel this throughout my three year tenancy. Libbie and the team at Liberty Gate have great communication, they have always been responsive to any maintenance issues and always give more than enough notice if they need access to the property. The team is really professional, friendly and they do genuinely care about the tenants they have, which is lovely. Liberty Gate is definitely the best property management company I've ever had and they helped make my time living in the property a great experience. Massive thank you to Libbie and the rest of the Liberty Gate team, it was a pleasure.

I was a tenant for over 2 years. Good service and always pleasant to deal with. Heather was very helpful with returning my deposit to me at the end of the tenancy. Would be happy to use them again!

I could not have asked for a better service than I received with this agency. It's been difficult finding a property to rent in Nottingham whilst currently living overseas, but Tre was exceedingly helpful and attentive. He was empathetic toward my situation and genuinely wanted to be of assistance. I had a great experience with Leaders; would highly recommend.

Absolutely useless people ! Don’t bother with them ! They are interested only in your money !I had the displeasure to “ work “ with them for a long term tenancy. When reporting issues didn’t even bother to pass the information to the land lord .Then when the tenancy ended , Amy made such a mess with the deposit that it took 3 months to have my deposit back!Honestly if you want a Fawlty Towers experience contact them!

Have been sourcing a rental property in Nottingham for a while and eventually decided to go with Leaders. The Senior Letting Consultant Mr. Tre Elkington was especially helpful, resourceful and responsive. The whole process was efficient and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Honestly the best experience with a letting agency! In the 3 years I’ve lived in Nottingham and been through several other letting agencies they have been awful, until I came across leaders. CJ walked me through the process exceptionally and always gave me prompt updates daily. He was very transparent with the onboarding process and solved all of the queries I had. If your looking for a property in the Nottingham area, trust me leaders letting agency will not keep you in the dark like other agencies they have gone above and beyond and will ensure you have a smooth transition to your new home!

Writing this review right after the end of a one-year tenancy.Had a great experience with Liberty Gate/Leaders, I have nothing to complain about. Let me happily share some key facts:- Within the first month of tenancy everything I asked or I was worrying about has been fixed/addressed/clarified super super quickly.- I had a leak once, 24 hours later it was fixed.- The last month / end of tenancy, has been absolutely smooth and all the agents have been marvellously available and supportive guiding this poor expat through the leaving" process."

Even though we moved out of the flat on June 7th 2023, our deposit has still not been refunded. We even filled out the DPS form, but it was not approved by you. Despite emailing and calling many times, we can't get a proper answer. We are tired of struggling to get the money and service that we have a right to. This has been a really stressful process and we haven't received any response from you. 2 and a half months passed. When will you return our deposit?* Update: 10 days ago they said that payment will be made on Monday. Second Monday passed but not return yet!

Just about to move into my new rented accomdation through Liberty Gate/ Leaders and had a great experience so far, all the staff have been really responsive and helpful and any issues resolved extremely quickly. The whole process has been one of the easiest and quickest from putting down a holding deposit all the way through to moving in.
