Allan Reeder Dairy Supplies made a noisy delivery to Johnny's restaurant at 0455 AM on our residential street. I made a video of the breach of the peace and left a message to the owner of the company after remonstrating the foolish delivery driver for his callous disregard for the hundreds of families trying to sleep during his noisy delivery in our Residential Zone.

Allan Reeder by far has to be the worst company I have ordered from. They consistently lie, never ever deliver on time, charge me three times for the same one item I order and their drivers claim they have delivered to the door when then do not even buzz your door bell. They left a dairy product I ordered in a bin bag outside on the side of the pathway for four hours when they could have just rung my doorbell and told me they are here. Now I have a substandard product which is going to affect my business and even may cause harm to my customers. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. As a small business owner the amount of stress I have faced dealing with them is just unbelievable. If you are a small business please save your money and shop somewhere else. They definitely do not value their customers at all.

Dumbest drivers ever. Parking front of people's houses midle of night and making so much noise. I understand it happen once, but not every single time.

Order place yesterday by phone and confirmed for delivery in the afternoon. Call today for confirmation and they told me I can receive today because they don’t have driver??? Ridiculous.

Too many problems with careless drivers, milks deliveries left outside the shops or shop's keys taken for few hours by the drivers. The company could be very good, with good quality products and prices but the service it's quite bad.

Throughout these tough times Allan Reeder thinks is acceptable to not only send me an average replacement of Clarence court eggs for my cafe, but they also think that it is okay to charge me full price for the last 3 deliveries of the original order that I agreed to have, without informing us of the replacement. Completely unacceptable.

Worst customer service on the phone - full of attitude. Always a problem with delivery. Today I called and a woman hung up on me after few seconds, upon my second attempt of calling they finally picked up but the woman had an attitude and didn’t seem to keen on helping me so she decided to cut me off while speaking and transfer me to someone else that felt the need to shout at me after kindly asking for the ETA of the delivery that has been severely delayed. No apologies on their side, no nothing - appalling

Dreadful Customer Service,phone is answered by people that don't want to be there. Their Credit Control stopped sending invoices and ignored my e-mails asking for outstanding balances and now They stopped my accounts.Pathetic.
