Was great. They had a bit of a pain getting my light fitting out 2 change bulb, but other than that, great service

Shocking service - took 2 days to even look at the car then told me they drove it up the road and think it’s the wheel bearing but they can’t order the part I need to do it myself, ordered the part and was awaiting delivery received an abrupt phone call in the meantime to collect the car as it was blocking a space. Went to collect the car and was charge £60!!! No work done, no formal assessment just driven up the road and wouldn’t hand over the keys until I paid it. Have used this garage for 8 years never a problem until now and we were warned by others not to return as the place has gone down hill but gave the benefit of the doubt, definitely won’t be returning.

Hi i just wanted to let you know what an excellent service you provided once again!You dont know what it means to me to be able to get my car to your garage to get looked after and keep on the road whilst i work at gloucester royal hospital without you i probably couldnt keep it going as you provide such a friendly reliable service you dont get these days by other companies who are just after money!Thank you once more as i can't thank you enough just glad my co workers first told me of your little gem of a place.

Booked an MOT only to be told on the day that we hadn't confirmed despite being clearly told on the phone that it was a confirmed booking. Found the staff rude, unhelpfull intransigent and dogmatic. Sadly, I had prevoiusly rated this garage as 5 stars a couple of years ago, but it is clear since then that this place has really gone down hill, as they seem to now have a real issue with customer care and telling the truth.

I was recommended a mechanic years ago that sadly passed away since then. When I found out his wife still ran a garage I decided to take it there. I don’t usually need to find a mechanic as I have Motability cars. It was for my wife who’s car was sounding terrible. We took it in at 8:30 and they phoned my 11:15 to say it needed a new exhaust and we agreed to have it done. It was done by 13:15 and cost just over £130. Very impressed and with the MOT coming up they have now got a new customer. Highly recommended.
