We couldn't have been more disappointed with our AirLinen experience. We booked a Deep Clean, 4 hours (as recommended for our property by their website) and on the day after 4 hours work we were told it would take a further 6 hours to complete the clean. Given we'd already paid almost £200 for the service there was no way we could afford to incur further costs so we had to send the cleaners home.When I checked the work they had done (just the living room and kitchen none of the bedrooms or any other common areas) I was devastated to find it was not to a high standard at all. Surfaces had not been cleaned, internal and external drawers and cabinets were dirty (explicitly included in Deep Cleans), surfaces hadn't been dusted and the floors hadn't been swept or cleaned at all. I asked them for their Deep Clean checklist and found they had only completely done 2 of 12 items for the kitchen (wiping the sink and cleaning the taps). They had also cleaned my fridge but no other appliances (again all specified on their checklist). I couldn't believe that this amount of work had taken them 4 hours and was relieved I hadn't shelled out more money to have a poorly cleaned home. They hadn't touched any of the bedrooms at all.I contacted AirLinen to give them a chance to rectify the situation and they responded saying as it was the first time cleaning the property they didn't know how long it would take - this seems a vital thing to tell people on their initial booking and I didn't see it mentioned on the website - and then suggested it was because of the 'state the property was in' and because they were not cleaning a vacated property. Our house had actually had carpets and upholstery, windows and a normal professional clean in the week prior so we knew that it was in a good state. We were in attendance during the clean but had not got in their way at all (which would have been hard to do given they were in one room!) so I didn't really accept this as an excuse either.We also rented linen from them and multiple items were incorrect, completely mismatched or stained (although, to give credit where it's due, they were very quick to rectify this).Overall, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish and we would never use them again.I would have given no stars if I could. Avoid.

This company is full of a bunch of thieves. They withdrew £500 from our account today without any notice. They are now trying to blackmail me to return our money. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. £500!!! For a couple of sets of cheap bed linen. They are thieves.. do not use them it is not worth the headache.

Airlinen just charged me £200 for some linen that has not been returned, but that's only because THEY failed to collect it despite me asking them to. I can only assume this is some kind of scam. Avoid!

Unprofessional, disorganized company.Dirty, ripped linen. Poor cleaners who sometime don't even turn up. Terrible customer service when they make mistakes. AVOID at all costs

Very good cleaning service, friendly team. Edit: I am changing my review for now as have had a few issues with service recently - I have been a long standing customer, recently had to cancel credit cards becasue of a fraud scare. My clean was cancelled because the cancelled credit card on file didn't work and I had forgotten to update it, I updated the cards, but the clean the following week was also cancelled because the old card was still in their system and they had to get their tech team to take it off. I was not spoken to by anyone before the cancellation - they could have called or emailed to let me know and I would have paid immediately with different cards. Cancelling a booking without speaking to me is unforgivable in my opinon especially for someone who has given this company thousands of pounds in revenue. It causes distruption to guests and costs a lot of money. Having said that the actual cleaning standard is very high and they do provide a good cleaning service, they just need to sort out their admin policies. I can understand cancelling a booking for a client they didn't know, but one who has paid on time, every time for many years shouldn't have this issue.

The price was not clear, I didn’t know pick up only need to pay £18 each set. They told me order 5 sets in one go it’s ok. But when I return the linens. I had to pay £90 totally.
