Jo Malone London

I visited this shop just over a week ago, after getting a Jo Malone gift set via Duty Free. The fragrances in my gift set were gorgeous, so I wanted to find out what else Jo Malone did, as I only ever knew her for candles.The shop itself is compact and bijou, quite 'boutiquey' I guess but very warm and welcoming. The staff in there were super nice and quickly came to my aid as I must have looked a bit over awed at the amount of choice there actually is.After advising that I like floral and fruity smells and that I loved the Pomegranate Noir fragrance, I was shown a range that that matched what I liked. I opted to get a bottle of Peony and Blush Suede as well as a bottle of Pomegranate Noir.I'll definitely be back, it's a lovely shop. And I even received a hand written note via the post, thanking me for visiting... How's that for customer service. Very impressed.

Always have the best experience at this store. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I went for a ‘scent for you’ experience to find a scent for my wedding and i could not recommend it more. My experience from start to finish was first class. I was made to at ease as soon as i walked in. I met three members of staff who were all so friendly and i left smiling from ear to ear (with my perfect scent and a few freebies).I honestly cannot recommend this experience more, it felt soo soo special. I love the fragrances here and the staff are so very helpful. Not pushy, really informative and were great with my 9 year old daughter. I bought my wedding perfume here and they gave my daughter a free sample bottle of her very own for her to wear on the day. Would 100% recommend to anyone

Myself and my partner came for a wedding consultation to some scents to use each for our wedding as well as a room spray for the venue. We left with a custom his/hers set with a wash, cream and cologne as well as a room spray - with the idea that people can gift us some scents to help us relive the day. The ladies there were all so helpful and we even left with little extra gifts!

Beautifully presented store with a lovely range of products. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with each scent having its own story. Highly recommend for buying gifts or just treating yourself! Plus the hand and arm massages are lovely :)

Visited Jo Malone in Nottingham looking to find a scent for our wedding. Philippa was an absolute dream to work with. We discussed the kind of scents I usually gravitate toward and she picked a surprise selection for me to try! Her thoughtful approach meant that I found something that I adored but perhaps wouldn’t have picked based purely on the names of the fragrances. So friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

My sister and I have just been to Jo Malone for a Wedding Scent Experience. We were greeted by Charlotte who was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We were offered a glass of prosecco which was such a lovely touch. The whole experience was a real treat and much needed on the build up to my wedding. I can't recommend this experience enough. I came in for the wedding scent experience. Charlotte was amazing and I absolutely love the scent I ended up choosing for my wedding. We were made to feel so special and the glass of Prosecco and little gifts were a nice surprise. Definitely recommend the store and the experience, both staff members we met were so welcoming.
