Terrible customer service, stuck up and obnoxious female customer service assistant.Actively decided to spend my money on a suit elsewhere

Terrible customer service.If you want to buy from this shop, go and buy it in person yourself and post it yourself. Do not trust them to complete a transaction and send it as a gift to another address.Bought items online before Christmas, but the transaction didn't complete. Phoned the London store direct, was told that one of the items selected was no longer in stock, so chose from the items that were in stock (apparently in front of the woman I spoke to, who was in the London saleroom). As they were obviously a Christmas gift, I thought no more about it, until I gently asked the people I'd bought them for if they liked their presents. They never received anything. Phoned to complain and was treated like I'd somehow made a mistake in ordering. They really couldn't have cared less that they'd not sent my order.

No-one ever leaves positive reviews.Working in online-retail myself I understand the frustration that people are VERY quick to tear down a business but also never leave positive feedback.I ordered my Schoeffel gilet on Friday - you guys were the only people in the country to have my size and a colour that was even remotely palatable - great stuff!It arrived within less than two working days.I absolutely can recommend ordering from William Evans as my customer journey has been great.Best regards,Harry

Patrick and his team in the gun room are professional and knowledgeable. Patrick goes above and beyond, and he is a pleasure to deal with. The rest of the staff are lovely as well.

Great friendly staff brilliant shop.Went in and was met by an exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable member of staff - theo. He knew all his stuff and was very happy to answer any of my questions.

Very unpleasant and rude female employee. Made me feel very uncomfortable when I was trying on dress suits, as if I clearly wasn't the right type of cliental for the store she works in. Bought elsewhere due to this experience.

Social call at William Evans just to answer a couple of gun related questions. I was met by a polite and welcoming young man who pointed me in the direction of Patrick who was only willing to spend some time answering my questions and introducing my the the fine craftsmanship of a William Evans sbs game gun. Thank you to this amazing team of experienced outfitters for the warm welcome.

This is a very special place. Lovely staff who where helpful and a pleasure to deal with. This will now be my first choice in London.

Disgusting service placed an order 19th December still have not received the dress I paid for a new yearsxeve party. You can't phone these people an d they do not respondemail's

Be aware this company advertises items as in stock" when in fact they dont hold the stock. 5 day wait turned into 3 weeks.Yes in there defence they did offer a refund when i contacted them after waiting a week already
