I'm disabled so have to toot or draw attention to be served. The lady assistant this afternoon was smiling, patient and kept her cool as crotchety drivers piled in behind us. She also picked up some milk for me as she processed my card. Excellent service much appreciated.

It's a very simple concept , you basically put fuel into your car and then pay for that fuel. You can pay with cash or with card. Tbh it's the same thing that I have come across time and time again. Its important to note that you must terminate your cars velocity and vacate your car before even thinking about replenishing your fuel supplies.

Great petrol station. Have a shop with some quick grabs, a car wash also available.There is an air and screen wash machine but it doesn't work most of the time. You can also vacuum clean the car here.

Rude customer service.. unnecessarily patronising. There’s a way of helping customers without talking down to them! For reference, two ladies doing the day time shift on 28/06/22.

Lots of pumps, generally little or no queueing, pay at pump or in kiosk, air and water machines. Don't go near on Christmas Eve or just before all major holidays - queue from the Superstore means leaving the estate afterwards can take 30 mins.

Fuel works as I’d expect but the shelves are poorly stocked forcing you into the large superstore across the road. Mainly junk food and nothing with any nutritional value available

Horrible and disgraceful customer service wouldn't allow me to buy a Red Bull even though she saw that I was driving a car and that I showed her my ID. Never felt so humiliated, she really needs the sack. Next day I go there and buy one no problem.

We had our car filled and the pump said 50+ gallons while our tank takes only 45! This happened just once, but we are now keep an eye.

Good amount of pumps so you don't have to wait normally, also is quite well priced on Momentum fuel usually. Right next to the supermarket so is convenient to get to and is just off the main Oxford ring road. Never had a dissapointing experience so would recommend if in the area.
