Natures Way

My brother is a permanent client at Natures Way London. He really enjoy very much each time he goes there so I decided to take a look and try the service by myself. Let me tell you that I’m very happy for doing that. I’m totally satisfied with their services and they have a great and professional team. The hospitality is excellent and they are very friendly people. They used some cool tools for my cupping therapy session and this session gave me a great feeling. I’m a permanent customer now and many thanks for Natures Way London team for their efforts. Keep up the good work!!!

Had a great experience at Natures Way London, the staff are really friendly, it's easy to get to if you're in and around Central London.Highly recommended for a massage after a long day at work or for an acupuncture session.

Beware of this place! Heads up! … The service received via the front desk is terrible. As when contacting they would state the masseur’s availability then once you go there they would state sorry not available. This would waste huge amounts of your time; this incident did not happen only once but twice as been on a busy work schedule this is not right from the customers point of view. Furthermore, when trying to explain the front desk the situation they would not tolerate to understand the frustration. Therefore, if you end up making appointments this is not assuring that you will get the correct masseur in which you had requested which could be a waste of time and money.

Lovely foot massage tonight. Open late which is fab!! Clean room and nice Polish masseuse. Not too harsh like some tuina techniques. It moved the uric crystals in my reflexes that's for sure.

Average massage, but fine if you want to walk in with no appointment and you have low expectations. Makes you pay first then tries to upsell you a deep tissue massage with reduced time. Basically get deep tissue or you will have a light massage they call medium" and if you ask for harder

It was my first time going for a massage and I even made that clear to the therapist - still she did not direct me at all or break down the process. I wasn't eased into at all. She was using way too much pressure and I was in agony (holding myself back screaming) because she was digging her thumbs into the back of my knees. My hands her sweating from the pain, it was horrible. I even told her the pressure was too much still continued in the same way. My main concern was my shoulders and back which she didn't spend much time on. Then right at the end the horrible laundry room shower with ice cold water to ruin the experience further. I had to call her into the room and then her colleague to fix the temperature... complete shambles. The whole energy is off in this place.

honestly just don't go. hate being a business basher but worst service I have ever encountered. rude, unprofessional, unorganised. just don't waste your time or money. horrific service. I could go on forever about how unprofessional staff were but you get the idea.

I got the worst massage I have ever had. I did massage all over the world but this was the worst. Actually, it was only rubbing my body with oil. The shower was a laundry room. I will never come back.
