Paul is really helpful and he got great discounts and very very customer friendly and he always have a great smile on when you walk in the shop either for a purchase or inquiriesI'd definitely recommend this shop for your daily vape needs and fireworks

Been here for 6 years when buying vapes and recent encounter results in that I won’t be visiting again. Older man is quite rude and said all vapes are the same, when they are leaking and spilling everywhere and firing on their own. Younger guy replaced it and was lovely; still had the same problem so was told I could have a refund but the older guy was abrupt and made me feel uncomfortable. Visited totally wicked who had amazing customer service and goes above and beyond to help.

Excellent service. Came in looking for a specific product and the man behind the counter gave me a great recommendation and provided useful advice. Would 100% recommend

The staff there are friendly and very informative when looking to buy new equipment come here often usually after work and there very helpful and quick to assist. I highly recommend this establishment if your looking to buy new equipment or have just quit smoking and are getting into vapes.

Really poor customer service. The attitude of the older gentleman working at the shop is disastrous. I am never going back there.When I came to the store he was helping someone else so I stood on the side and waited. Five to ten minutes later, I asked him can he take a vape out of the display so I can just read the details myself (the vape was right next to his hands when I asked him and as he was already taking one out at the moment to show to the other customer). He told me off and said he first needs to serve the other customer and that I need to wait for my turn but the lady he was helping told him She is only asking you to put the box out"

Both staff that were there were amazing, they do incredible deals and I am going to stay loyal to this vape store. Highly recommend for liquids, disposables or any new vapes !
