One of the better branches in central London. Always crispy, hot and fresh. Staff are always kind and patient too. Seems to have gone through lots of improvements all round. Nice work, guys!

I eas very disappointed by the service in this branch. They were adverising orders as being ready for collection when in fact they were still filling those orders. Also even though it was busy the upstairs searing was closed off and their was insiffucient seating on the ground floor. The food however was excellent as always

We came here for breakfast and it seemed perfectly fine. Nice and close to Baker Street station and very clean. The only issue was service speed. There was like 3 people ordering and it took easily 10 minutes to get our order - and my order was wrong slightly. Hash brown was hot, coffee tasted good, so can't complain really.

Clean and tidy, food is a good one too. Great to use new bonus points system, literally every 3rd meal is free for you. Mcdonald’s is always my #1 fast food chain

Good location, very close to bakers street station. Coffee was like water and the doughnut was very stale and dry. The interior is really dirty, I went early in the morning with not that much traffic but it's still filthy here, this place needs a serious clean. Music was insanely loud.

Today we had visited the place and ordered a veg cheese burger they had given us beef cheese burger. On asking the available lady replied it is busy hours and also at that time order mesh in other customers also. We have also not received full order meal few of them where missing item. As being a vegetarian it is very frustrated and ask all veg people not to take any foods in veg except chips. Not happy with service

Burgers taste like US burgers. Chicken sandwich is made with tempura, so it's not as crunchy or juicy as US restaurants. The fries were good. No refills, soft serve ice cream, or sundaes. This place has two floors with a bathroom downstairs (no lift). All orders are placed at self-service kiosks, but you can pay with cash at the counter.

The Mc-Plant is basic but for the price is satisfying..if you get the meal is definitely worth it.. to consider that is obviously a big chain where all the rest of the food is not vegan so is up to you.. but flavor is there i think they could add a little more in the burger but you know... for that price what u can expect...
