I took my cavapoo, Coco to pugs in a tub last week. I have been taking her to another groomers and had been disappointed with her last few grooms so decided to look for a new groomers. When I went in I spoke to the lady there (forgive me I have forgotten her name but she was so lovely and attentive) she asked me what I wanted for Coco and I explained. When coco was nearly ready she text me which was great.When I turned up to pick Coco up I was SO SO happy with how she looked. I said to the lady, “that’s the best she’s ever looked from a groom!” I usually dread the grooms as she comes out not looking like what I asked for but you listened to everything I asked and Coco looked so so beautiful!The lady booked me back in for 8 weeks time and a little freshen up before Xmas which was a lovely touch. I’m honestly so impressed by this groomers!

What a wonderful groom our 2 dogs received! From the first moment walking in they were welcomed! One dog v excited, one not so much ! The atmosphere and encouragement meant they both enjoyed it! At the end they both were well groomed and feeling great!Thank you Pugs in a Tub! Next appt booked!

Hannah grooms our dog & has done since he’s been a pup, he’s now nearing 2 years. Hannah has been extremely patient with him & all of his quirks and worked with us as owners to ensure we are happy with the cut but also our dog is comfortable. Would highly recommend!

1st time at Pugs in a Tub after our last groomer left us dissatisfied and we were disappointed with how frankie looked,after being here the 1st time,we can safely say,both our girls will be going in here future,well staffed,friendly,listened too our concerns,well worth the money and couldn't have been happier,well done too all at Pugs in a Tub,and now iv just been with my other dog,Mooch,absolutely stunning service,staff,I cannot rate you highly enough
